FAST TRACK CARGO provides domestic courier, cargo transportation, logistics, parcel delivery, and allied services. Service availability, delivery schedules, and coverage areas may vary depending on regional and operational conditions.
By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide valid and accurate sender and receiver details.
• Ensure your shipment contents are legal and permitted.
• Pack the goods safely and securely.
• Not ship prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items.
We are not responsible for damages arising because of improper packaging or wrong shipment details.
The following items are strictly not accepted:
• Illegal drugs or banned substances
• Cash, currency notes, or valuable securities
• Explosives, flammable or hazardous materials
• Perishable items (unless specially approved)
• Chemical liquids, batteries, corrosive materials
• Jewellery, gold, silver, precious metals (unless insured)
Shipments containing such items may be stopped, returned, or seized by authorities.
• Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed unless clearly mentioned.
• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, strikes, operational reasons, or incomplete address details.
• If the receiver is unavailable, re-delivery or alternative arrangements may be attempted as per company policy.
Shipment tracking is provided through our website and customer support. Tracking updates depend on scanning, network status, and transit checkpoints.
• Pricing is based on weight, volume, distance, and service type.
• Additional charges (loading, handling, taxes) may apply.
• Once payment is made, it follows our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
FAST TRACK CARGO shall not be responsible for:
• Delays due to external or uncontrollable circumstances.
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Damage caused due to fragile or improperly packed items.
• Loss of business, income, or any indirect damages.
Any compensation (if applicable) will be limited as per governing rules and company policy.
Claims must be reported within:
• 24 hours for visible damage.
• 48 hours for missing contents.
Supporting documents (invoice, photos, tracking details) must be provided.
By using our digital services, you agree not to:
• Access our systems illegally.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Upload harmful or malicious files.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.
Customer data is used only for operational purposes such as booking, tracking, communication, billing, and service delivery — in accordance with our privacy practices.
FAST TRACK CARGO may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh.
